The
Role: Technology Business Management Analyst

The Location: 55 Water St, New York, NY 10041


The Team: 
As a Technology Business Management Analyst, you will opperate within the Chief Operating Office in the Technology function.

 The role will have significant impact on the organization and the new tool will be used by senior management for critical decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Technology Business Management (TBM) model and tool configuration
  • Gain an understanding of and gather existing financial and operational data sets from across the organization
  • Work closely with technology, finance, and business teams to identify and facilitate ongoing data model maintenance and improvement
  • Drive discussions with data owners and business partners on technology allocations and adjustments and execute changes within the tool’s data model
  • Perform data pulls and load data into the TBM tool
  • Help design and configure reports within the TBM tool
  • Oversee the maintenance of performance management metrics and support the preparation of Global Technology’s monthly performance metrics
  • Support additional ad hoc operational processes including the preparation of presentation materials for the Global Technology Leadership Team

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Technology, Finance, or Business Analysis role
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fast-learner and ability to grasp new concepts quickly

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Apptio, TBM, and / or TBMA accreditation (Technology Business Management Analyst)
  • Basic macro knowledge
  • Software implementation experience
