The Role: The Training and Implementation Supervisor (12 month FTC) will provide training and support within various phases of the implementation of a new content authoring system roll out. The content authoring tool is due to be launched in Q2 2017. The Training and Implementation Analyst will deliver and oversee all of the training and critical on-the-ground support during the migration of this system across Asia and ensure employee adoption and usage. This person will also focus on assisting in UAT testing, creating e-learning and being the voice of the teams in the Asia offices.


Role Duties

  • Assist with change management activities related to the content authoring tool
  • To co-ordinate with and take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions
  • To lead classroom based training sessions with all users in Asia
  • Ensure staff are sufficiently prepared to use the new tool/platform
  • Execute site set up and pre-work for each migration phase roll-out
  • To work closely with our Application Support team to ensure full support for new users
  • Run site roll outs to transition users to the new content tool
  • Creation and maintenance of all learning modules, especially e-learning
  • Ensure that early adopters are adequately prepared to support their peers during implementation phases
  • To identify process efficiencies that will further improve workflow  
  • Regular communication across all levels of Platts Content Group during pilot and implementation phases
  • To work closely with Platts Global Content Training Group to identify and execute training for the new Content Creation Curriculum
  • Collect user feedback, identify enhancements and process improvements


Your skills:

  • Experience of delivering training
  • Knowledge and experience of creating e-learning modules
  • Ability to maintain business relationships
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent Excel and content creation knowledge
  • Knowledge of various SDLC, Waterfall and Agile Development methodologies
  • Excellent communicator
  • Superior analytical and problem solving capabilities
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
