Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation for technical applications directed toward technical and non-technical users.
  • Work with different teams and your own team members to gather necessary content for documentation to plan, write, and maintain systems and user support documentation, including online help screen.
  • Assist in the development and execution of corporate-wide internal and external global communications.
  • Research best practices in delivering key messages to a global employee population and/or external audience.
  • Support internal and external client communication inquiries as needed.
  • Assist colleagues in the presentation of S&P Global information.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience writing informative documentation (reference guides, artifacts related to technical products, best practice one sheets, FAQs…) utilizing a variety of the technical writing concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong understanding of technical requirements and functional design.
  • Must be able to multitask and handle several projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, attention to detail is critical.
  • Expert level proficiency in creating documentation utilizing Microsoft Office (other publishing software experience is nice to have)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some web development experience including UX design and Storyboarding
  • Lean training or experience in lean product development
