Benefit Coordinator – London - S&P Global
 

The Role: S&P Global HR are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to be the Benefit Co-ordinator – EMEA in a small but busy compensation and benefits team, providing support primarily to the Senior Manager - Benefits EMEA but also to the wider compensation and benefits team members as necessary.
The role will primarily provide support to the UK benefits offering, but will also be involved in projects and activities affecting 17 other European, Middle East and African countries, and also certain global projects.

Responsibilities:


• Provide support to the maintenance and renewal of the UK core and flexible benefits, including budget tracking, invoice management, SLA management, communications, presentations, system management, and staff engagement activities;
• Provide support to benefit queries and renewals across the EMEA region;
• Provide support to internal policy review and development;
• Contribute to benefit related projects (examples include reviewing current country benefit provision, developing communication and internal marketing packs to support benefit changes, helping assess the benefit impact of acquisitions, providing support to integrations, updating the Greater Insight, driving and rolling out Health and Wellbeing initiatives etc.);
• Complete benefit surveys, run reports, undertake benchmarking and prepare management information;
• Provide support to maintain and development in house IT systems; and,
• Provide ad hoc support to the broader TR / Benefits global teams.
Interactions & Collaboration: Works regularly with internal colleagues such as Learning and Development, Facilities, local country benefit leads and external brokers and providers.


Experience and Skills:


• Bachelor’s degree 
• Experience in a benefits role in a sophisticated, multinational organization
• Demonstrable proactivity, confidence, commitment and flexibility
• Strong team interaction and personal organisational skills
• Able to balance competing deadlines, priorities and manage expectations effectively
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of MS Office
• Relevant second language skills an advantage
