The Role: HR Web Content Specialist, Global Talent Development

 

The Location: The position is open to NYC or Charlottesville, VA.

 

The Team: Our Human Resource professionals are accountable for establishing and maintaining the strategy, processes, and systems that enable S&P Global to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. As a member of the Global Talent Team, the Web Content Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining innovative online solutions that raise awareness of our HR and talent strategies and resources globally.

 

The Impact: Our internally designed HR web resources are located on the S&P Global HUB—our company internet, and include a variety of HR employee sites covering important employee topics such as Talent Development, Performance Management, and Learning.

 

What’s in it for you:

  • In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to manage and maintain these critical employee resources by improving and innovating the overall web interface to ensure ease of use, consistent messaging, and a strong user experience.
  • Contribute to the design of marketing collateral for global initiatives
  • rtner with the instructional design team on the creation of online and blended learning templates and courses for global and business division specific development.  The incumbent will be expected to partner and collaborate with key stakeholders across the HR and Global Talent CoE teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive user-oriented web solutions that integrate consistent messaging, branding, and efficient functionality across HR and Talent web resources
  • Create process efficiencies for employees and HR/talent team with online resources, forms, and support guides.
  • Manage multimedia content to enrich the employee experience across HR web resources
  • Partner with system owners to foster unified branding and user experience improvements across HR, talent, performance management, and learning platforms
  • Partner with team and clients to design impactful, engaging and scalable online and virtual learning solutions to address just-in-time development needs; partner on the design online learning templates and standards for Talent Development, Corporate, and S&P Global 
  • Partner with learning team to implement technology resources to foster online and social learning

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Human Resources or other related field;
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Web Design or related field
  • Experience in HR, Talent, or Learning & Development role in a global organization, preferred
  • Creativity and experience with creating user-centric marketing materials and resources
  • Demonstrated experience with variety of web-design tools, e.g., HTML/CSS/WebFonts/XML, and graphic tools, e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. 
  • Demonstrated online instructional design expertise and expertise in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, etc.
