JobDescription :



Provide strategic recruitment and assessment solutions across all key clients/disciplines within S&P Global. The talent acquisition activities include executive recruiting, internal mobility, and campus recruiting. Individuals mapped to this job family are involved in establishing and implementing selection and recruitment procedures, interviewing, testing, reference and background checking, developing and extending employment offers, facilitating and administering new-hire processes etc.

Individual Contributor

Meets with hiring managers to understand talent needs/gaps and create a talent identification, assessment and recruitment plan for specific open positions.

Supports the hiring/internal mobility process. Facilitates and attends recruitment events; builds relationships with universities and other external organizations.

Assist senior managers with creating Short Lists with an appropriate mix of internal, external, active and passive candidates. 

Prepares analysis of key headcount trending, recruitment and market data to inform local recruiting decisions.

Identifies talent prospects and coordinates talent assessment.

Supports diversity initiatives and ensures hiring targets are met.
Applies general knowledge of HR principles and theories developed through education or past experience as well as basic knowledge of the businesses to best support talent acquisition efforts.
Solves a range of straightforward problems and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
Works within own team and interacts with other teams in HR.
Works with the businesses and other functions to understand their talent needs.
Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
Undergraduate degree in HR, Business or related discipline required.
3+ years experience in related field.
