Responsibilities:

  • Design, orchestrate and execute programs including lead generation, nurture, targeted marketing outreach, account based marketing and awareness building activities, designed around the buyer’s journey and customer lifecycle.
  • ensure program plans meet business objectives, and are designed for maximum impact leveraging the customer and buyer’s journey to drive the desired results.   
  • Understand the buyer’s journey and customer life cycle and demand waterfall. Must be data driven, analytical and ability to monitor and track success of programs and maintain a campaign dashboard of results and ROI of campaign.
  • Work across the business to drive alignment of the marketing programs to company goals
  • Work with Product Marketing to understanding client needs and value propositions and convert these into marketing programs which will acquire retain and grow our client base as well as driving advocacy in the markets
  • Work with corporate marketing to support all corporate marketing initiatives around  brand and messaging. 
  • Candidate is required to be pro-active, have the ability work in fast-paced environment, resolve issues and manage multiple stakeholders.

 
What We’re Looking For:


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience implementing and managing client-facing Marketing and demand generation programs
  • Self-motivated, demonstrated Project Management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in working with, as well as influencing and negotiating with various stakeholder groups
  • Strong, clear communications skills as well as the confidence to speak up to lead a discussion
  • Pro-activeness is required and ability to plan ahead
  • Solid organization skills and strong attention to detail is key
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills are required with track record of driving measurable and meaningful business results
  • Demonstrated excellent written communications skills, including ability to independently write or edit customer-facing or external communications.
