The Role: HR Business Partner


The Location: Makati / Pasig, Philippines


The Team: You will be part of a global team of experienced HR professionals and seasoned HR business partners, with interactions directed to support employees and business clients within the organization.


The Impact: This role is involved in providing HR consultation to business leaders and management teams, developing workforce and talent plans, partnering with HR Centers of Expertise to manage the design and the delivery of human resources solutions aligned with the organization's business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with more senior HR roles to support talent management initiatives and programs established for the client group.
  • Generate and communicate HR data and analysis to more senior HR roles and the business.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on HR data and analysis.
  • Interpret policies set by the Centers of Expertise/Shared Services/Outsourcing providers and ensures adherence to them.
  • Maintain awareness of client group's business and human capital goals.
  • Coach supervisors and managers in managing employee performance and understanding and communicating HR programs and policies.
  • Partner with Employee Relations unit to ensure fair and timely resolution of all employee issues and complaints.
  • Support compliance requirements in different jurisdictions outside the US
  • Act as resource for colleagues with less work experience


What We’re Looking For:


Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have earned at least bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other equivalent programs. A graduate degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage but not required.
  • Extensive experience in different facets of HR and in-depth understanding of local labor laws are required.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent people and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partnership role or equivalent function.
  • Experience in working with teams in other geographies and culturally savvy.
  • Strong attention to detail, a solutions-oriented mindset and sound analytical skills are critical to this role.
  • Amenable to work in Makati & Pasig and comfortable working in a flexible working schedule.
