The Role:

Manage a global team of product marketing advocates who are subject matter experts responsible for developing and executing the product marketing strategy, informed by product, market and customer requirements.  Provide a balanced combination of strategic thinking, market knowledge, people management, project management and hands-on application of the product marketing strategy through Project Management.

This independent and self-motivated team of product marketing professionals collaborates with teams across the organization to leverage market insight and build relevant, compelling, and scalable audience focused plays that support the product roadmap.
It is a team that delivers actionable insight to key stakeholders through persona enriched, industry and market-specific value propositions and messaging to generate brand awareness and capture preference that help sales sell and accelerate revenue generation.
The team works closely with solution marketing team, regional and global marketing’s functions, product and where required sales and editorial.



Requirements:

• Proven track record of product/solutions marketing; bringing products to market, developing product messages for segment markets, messaging outside in to support programs, including persona-based marketing, solution selling, channel alignment, and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of engaging stakeholders across an organization, at a senior management level and within an acquisition environment.
• Proven track record in independently managing multiple go-to-market campaigns, programs, and integrated projects in a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated excellent written communications skills, including ability to independently write or edit customer-facing or external communications.
• Proven track record of cross functional project management skills in complex environments; demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity whilst focusing and driving forward tangible outcomes’ that meet and deliver business objectives.
