The Role: S&P is transforming the existing Order to Cash (OTC) system to align all divisions around one order-to-cash process enabled by new technology solutions (Oracle EBS, Zuora, , Salesforce,  Informatica cloud, Informatica MDM, Box). The candidate will manage end-to-end integrations, and provide technical support for defects and enhancements for the Order To Cash applications. The candidate will also co-ordinate with IT owners from all divisions, Quality Assurance team and offshore support team.


The Location: Hightstown, NJ, US

Responsibilities:

  • Manage integrations for Order To Cash Day2 operation and future projects for a wide range of applications

  • Ensure “operational excellence” capabilities (usability, availability, resilience, security, etc.) are not compromised

  • Ensure platform meets security compliance criteria at all times

  • Identify and implement opportunities in the platform that will drive improvements in performance, scalability, reliability and re-usability. Continue to drive down technical debt and cost of operations/support.

  • Define application architecture for large initiatives and make improvements in existing architecture

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Clear understanding in end-to-end integration of Order To Cash process

  • Must have knowledge on Salesforce to Zuora integration (Z-Sync, Z-360)

  • Must have hands on experience in ICS/ICRT integration projects and REST/SOAP web service API call

  • Knowledge of Zuora (Subscription and Z-Billing) is an added advantage

  • Knowledge in securing web services via APIGEE proxy.

  • Strong expertise in web service security (using SAML, JWT)

  • Expertise in generating Java Web Token (JWT)

  • Experience in integrations between SFDC, Zuora, Oracle EBS, Vertex and Box

  • Experience supporting financial applications and managing business critical technical functions and SLA compliance

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in large scale projects

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree

  • Strong analytical, problem determination and customer relations skills

  • Wide range of engineering experiences including but not limited to Oracle EBS, Unix, web service security, performance scalability, API management
