The Role: Business Analyst II

The Location: Hyderabad

The Team: 

Our team is responsible for the strategic evolution of Market Intelligence's portfolio of internal information applications, platforms and operational processes. Team’s primary goal is to drive business value through improved quality, usability, productivity and efficiency. The group partners closely with all business teams and functional departments to define and deliver innovative and differentiated solutions.

Responsibilities:

 
•    Work on Salesforce.com implementation and/or customization
•    Work with CRM professionals and stakeholders to build customized solutions that support the business requirements
•    Identify high priority customer issues and escalate to appropriate team members, including management
•    Work with customers and other team members to investigate, test and develop solutions and workarounds to resolve client issues/requests
•    Participate and/or manage the delivery of new enhancements or changes within an agile development environment in collaboration with business analysts, developers and users
•    Support change management process for new enhancements into production

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications

•    BA or BS in Computer Science, or a related field
•    Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT Industry
•    Basic Knowledge MS SQL Server
•    In depth knowledge of Salesforce.com administration - Salesforce Certified Administrator
•    Workflow Management / Planning skills
•    Good MS-Excel and MS-Access skills
•    Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
•    Excellent customer service skills
•    Excellent written and spoken English
•    Prior experience of large enterprise salesforce instance implementation 

Preferred Qualifications

•    Additional Salesforce Certifications
•    Ability to lead, train and mentor
•    Experience working in an Agile/Scrum Organization
