The Role: It is a Support Specialist role within the newly crafted client deliverables team which buckets into the overall Global Commercial Enablement team.
The Location: This position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Work Shift: This is a night-shift position. You should be able to work in any other shift depending upon the business requirement.
The Team: We are responsible to give assistance to relationship managers and other internal departments. We give assistance about queries related to client deliverable documents; listed in the responsibilities section. We enjoy a niche position in the organization as we are growing in Islamabad and integrating our operations with several other groups.
The Impact: We work to provide unwavering support to our Relationship Managers. As we provide answers to clients' compliance related documentation needs, it allows our Relationship Managers and Sales Representatives to focus their energies on generating new businesses and growing the existing revenue stream for S&P Global.

You will get to work with various internal teams across the global organization.
There is a defined career path based on meeting planned growth and performance targets. The next step will be a Senior Specialist role which will include training newer members and becoming subject matter guides.
Review to complete vendor forms, client questionnaires, account reviews, online registration forms, price letters, value documents, presentations as per stipulated service level agreement
You will study and submit RFP (request for proposal), RFI (request for information) within certain deadlines
You will review and fill due diligence documents within specified deadline
What We’re Looking For:
You are proficient in MS Word, MS Excel & Adobe Acrobat Professional
You have basic knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM tool)
You have strong verbal and written English, comprehension and reading skills
You have an ability to present or discuss an analysis of the problem at hand and its possible solution(s) with multi-level partners
You have excellent work-ethic and self-motivation
Having multilingual skills would be an added plus
You should have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Finance or Marketing or Computer Sciences or Economics or Law and/or related discipline
You have a good understanding of key financial and legal concepts & terminologies.
