The Role: Client Services Associate
The Location: Mexico City
The Team: The Renewal Associate assists the Renewal Operations team on various economic and administrative aspects of S&P Global Market Intelligence renewals, including client outreach, pricing negotiations, contracts and invoicing.
Working closely with collections in Finance to get subscriptions paid in a timely manner.
Providing back-up support for Renewal Specialists.
Supporting the Renewal Operations team for the following administrative tasks:
Scheduling SOU meetings/calls
Creating and managing gratis cases
Pricing renewal opportunities
Following up with Subscriptions to make sure the invoices were sent on time
Tracking and reporting on overdue accounts
Assisting with collections activity
Liaising with Renewal Operations and Subscriptions teams on all processes (including AP, government portal maintenance, etc.)
Providing predictive caution to the team and the manager if support tasks will not be completed in timely matter.
Creating and updates procedure documentation as needed.
Suggesting potential system and/or process improvements.
Working with various S&P Global departments to resolve client issues.
Completing other assignments as required and/or assigned.
What we’re looking for:
Education: Graduated from Business Administration.
1-2 year of work experience in customer service in financial sector
Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve client concerns
Full business proficiency in English and Portuguese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Display Strong Personal Integrity
