Sales Coordinator LATAM
The Role: The position serves as crucial link between the Sales Team and OA/fulfillment and Collections teams. The ideal candidate will spend a week with the OA team to build a very deep understanding on Platts’ contract processing procedures. With a strong understanding of our systems, implemented rules and procedures, the Sales Coordinator will be in a position to ensure that SAs / MSAs have all necessary information before submitting the contract for processing and fulfilment. This role will improve and speed up the contract processing process and increase efficiency ultimately allowing for customers to receive services in a timely manner. The ultimate goal is that this new role will permit the sales team to concentrate their efforts in revenue generating activities and customer interaction.

Liaise with Order Administration and Billing departments to ensure swift implementation of commercial contracts , trials, service changes
Work in conjunction with Sales Team to process the simple / auto renewals.
Generate paperwork MSA & SA for new orders and renewals
In collaboration with Sales Team update the user list in oracle
Reviewing before the month close that all new services have been activated
Respond to client inquiries
Pro-active liaise with Collections Team to ensure all necessary payments have been made. Manage the suspension/termination report and communicate any important delinquencies with corresponding Sales Representative.
Work closely with Sales to ensure all accounts in the suspension/termination report are actioned on swiftly.
Liaise with legal to ensure all legal requirements have been satisfied.
Work closely with legal and Sales to ensure language changes are in line with commercial/legal procedures.
Coordinate all legal efforts and channel necessary information with Sales to enable the negotiation with customers.
Coordinate any market training and manage pertinent market information to Sales accounts.
Manage pipeline reporting and conduct pipeline reviews. Gather information and present to management.
Aid management with presentation preparation including but not limited to gathering inputs and generating graphics, etc.
Aid management with new hire onboarding.
Managing training schedule and systems access
Pipeline Management and Reporting (Weekly pipeline report and accuracy)
Contract Paperwork Execution (Accuracy of paperwork/contract activation efficiency and timeliness)
Bachelor degree Business Administration or a related subject
1 to 2 years of work experience in administrative functions in sales, collections or related
Highly proficient in systems (Oracle, Siebel CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be able to work independently, take initiative to resolve tasks with a can-do attitude and have a financial analytical mindset
High level of English (Verbal and Written)
Highly desirable Portuguese (Verbal and Written)
