The Role: Receptionist
The Location: Mexico City
The Team: The Administrative team main goal is to provide support to the office in order to ensure that day to day activities of all team could be performed properly.The Admin team is composed by the Office Manager, Facilities Manager, Administrative Assistants, Receptionist and Messengers.
The Impact: Administration encompasses many tasks and responsibilities associated with the coordination and support of the day-to-day activities at S&P Global. Responsibilities may include overseeing office tools and resources, answering incoming calls, and providing clerical and general office assistance to executives, managers and others.
What’s in it for you: As the principal front desk, you will work, Extensive phone and in person contact to appropriately direct inquiries and visitors. You will be responsible of receiving and attending visitors, management of conference rooms within the office, receiving and distributing mail for the entire office, as well as to provide support to staff regarding assistance with copies, stationary and other administrative tasks.
Greets screens and directs clients and visitors at front desk.
May be responsible for assigning conference rooms and performing basic clerical duties.
May be responsible for operating the central console or switchboard
Basic knowledge of organizational operations, organizational procedures and staff.

Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or ongoing BA in any subject.
