Senior Director, Digital Infrastructure PMO

Key Accountabilities:

  • Managing the Digital Infrastructure program and project management organization and delivery
  • Develop Program and Project Management standards, ensuring effectiveness of controls, training of staff and periodic audits to ensure adherence to standards and processes
  • Manage program and project management staff, resources, and budgets
  • Partner with technology leadership, business partners and vendors in delivering quality solutions to internal customers
  • Continuous participation in departmental strategy, vision, and ‘best practice’ implementation
  • Serve as thought leader in Digital Infrastructure project, program, and portfolio management and delivery;
  • Ensure that project delivery is successful and exceeds end user and customer requirements and expectations;
  • Acting as the resident point of contact for all corporate IT enterprise projects, issues relative to projects, as a central point of contact to a diverse audience;
  • Acting as an enterprise facilitator to any and all parties directly and indirectly involved in all enterprise initiatives;
  • Leader of Infrastructure M&A project activities


  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Supplier Management, or related field is required.  Master’s degree preferred.
  • PMP certification is highly recommended.
  • 10+ years’ experience in business, I.T. operations and Project Management.
  • 10+ years’ experience managing projects in a complex environment.
  • 10+ years’ experience building and leading a team.
  • Effective strategy development and execution experience.
  • Demonstrated program management experience including outsourcing contract management and technical asset management.
  • Understanding of benchmarking and performance management processes and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of contract, procurement, & software license modeling, and best practices.
  • IT Project Management and strong negotiation skills and experience within
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior management
