The Role: Program Manager
The Location: Ahmedabad, India
The Team: S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Corporate Planning & Support (CP&S) team drives corporate visions with a critical, thoughtful, and intuitive eye. This group of professionals provide exemplary support to our senior leaders while supervising projects that impact our employees and clients. This group impresses partners with their ability to lead, collaborate and think critically while performing daily tasks and leading project initiatives.
The Impact: You will have the opportunity to interact with and work alongside driven executives, department leaders and site leadership. As Program Manager, you will contribute to managing communications, training and onboarding initiatives and rewards and recognition programs for our global Product Operations Organization. You will be the liaison between the Product Operations teams and other supporting departments in order to execute on all required administrative and operational needs. You will also serve in the capacity of strategic business partner to the Ahmedabad Site Leader in a site support capacity, helping to drive employee engagement initiatives and events, providing meeting management support and liaising with onsite service groups in Ahmedabad.
What’s in it for you: The CP&S team works closely with all other internal divisions. In this role, you will gain exposure to the workflows and day-to-day activities of employees in our Product Operations organization, the Ahmedabad site as well as Market Intelligence and other SPG divisions. The global CP&S team supports our rapidly-growing business, and thus allows for many opportunities to become involved in various S&P Global events, activities, and initiatives.
Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide program management support for the global Product Operations organization, helping to align all members of the organization on strategic and employee engagement initiatives. Your mandate will be to execute and evolve it’s communications, training and onboarding, rewards and recognition programming. You will also be responsible for providing site support to the Ahmedabad site, supporting the site leader strategically to drive and execute employee engagement initiatives, events and senior leadership meetings as well as facilitate executive site visits and site-level vendor management.
What We’re Looking For:
· 3-5 years of related experience in a related project, program, or site support role
· Strong organization, administrative and communication skills
· Proven success executing programs, projects and events
· Ability to have multiple projects and tasks in flight at once, in various stages
· Ability to drive large scale initiatives having many stakeholders with little direction or guidance
· Ability to work with senior stakeholders to develop strategy
- 5-7 years of related experience in a related project, program, or site support role
- Ability to initiate and manage leadership development programs
