The Role: Associate, Enterprise Technical Support
Work Shift: This is a night shift position. You will be required to work on any other shift depending on business requirement.
The Location: This position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
The Team: The XpressFeed Loader team focuses on the data delivery platform for all XpressFeed data packages that our clients use to load our data on to their Database/ Data Warehouse systems. Spread across Pakistan, India and US, the team caters to a wide array of global clients who are looking to integrate the S&P Global Market Intelligence data to turn information to actionable insights allowing them to spend more time conducting analysis and less on retrieving data.
The Impact: As the face of the organization, your regular day requires you to answer client queries regarding the application and mechanics of the XpressFeed Loader Application. You’ll need to solve problems to figure out what the client needs to know, test and deploy updates periodically. Mediating between Data Application Specialist team and client side development teams to explain the dynamics of the Data Feed platform.

Provide client support via phone, email and other mediums.
Make suggestions in regards to product usability, presentation, and data quality.
Assist sales representatives/ data application specialist in ensuring clients understand the dynamics of using the Xpressfeed Loader.
Build, test and ship in-house applications for automation of processes and functions.
Work with Senior Associates on projects which improve and develop Xpressfeed Loader processes and applications.
Solve problems various product scenarios in order to tackle client queries.
Perform UAT on the product releases.
Assist client-side developers to build scripts in order to automate data transmission and post-processing functions.
Maintain product documentation of all XpressFeed Loader for enhanced user experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of a Bachelor's/College degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
Basic understanding of SQL language
Awareness of Operating Systems and their functional dynamics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Team-player mentality with tight-knit collaboration skills
Flexible to changes in a rapidly evolving environment
