What We’re Looking For: This position will be responsible for supporting Americas Accounts. Ensuring that Business Development Managers have complete transparency on their business as well as analyzing financial data to help with future growth of accounts.

Responsibilities:

Sales Activity & Operations

  • Track performance daily of Net Sales
  • Track third party vendor reports
  • Manages month close process (Commissions) – when applicable
  • Tracking Product discontinuances – If required
  • Forecasting & Pipeline
  • Activity reports

Territory Alignments in Oracle

  • Ensuring Bank is correctly aligned to individuals and teams
  • Global Territory alignment
  • Global Sales homogenized company updates
  • Suspensions and Terminations

General Performance Reports

  • Year to date sales by individual, team, product, Commodity
  • Preparation of presentation packs for monthly/quarterly meetings
  • Ad hoc reports for sales, sales management & finance
  • White Space Analysis / Gap Analysis
  • Segmentation Analysis

Champion on Processes/ Systems

  • Update teams on enhancements and new processes such as lead generation
  • Investigate Billing Queries
  • Preparation of reports for loading renewal leads
  • Ensuring Data Governance / Compliance

General Performance Reports

  • Year to date sales by individual, team, product, Commodity
  • Preparation of presentation packs for monthly/quarterly meetings
  • Ad hoc reports for sales, sales management & finance
  • White Space Analysis / Gap Analysis
  • Segmentation Analysis

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong Excel (Pivot tables, Macros, If statements)
  • Prior experience in sales support, systems, sales or business analyst role
  • Powerpoint experience
  • Experienced working with confidential information and maintaining confidentiality
  • High degree of integrity
  • Possesses strong analytic skills and attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently while working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and specific requirements.
  • Experience developing business reports. Able to manage, analyze and integrate data from multiple sources and in multiple formats with the end goal of creating useful business reports
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to act proactively as well as be a creative thinker

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle
  • CRM on Demand / SalesForce
  • Tableau/Qlikview/Power BI
  • Bachelor’s Degree
